Andrew has a senior construction management background on diverse projects ranging from Civil construction, Heavy and Light Commercial construction, Institutional Facilities, Residential developments and Hospitality fitouts throughout New Zealand. A qualified Quantity Surveyor by profession, Andrew has a wide skill-set and has specialised in design-build projects for much of his career.

Chris brings to Strongline twenty-five years of practical experience from lower through senior management positions in the Building and Construction Industry both locally and overseas. He has worked primarily in the areas of project implementation and management, construction supervision and the maintenance of a portfolio of residential, commercial and resort properties. With a background in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate Training in Project Management, Chris has also worked as a Consulting Project Manager and Industry Expert in international dispute resolution procedures.

Stefan Jesperson

Stefan brings to Strongline over 10 years of practical industry experience with a trade background in Carpentry, after which he was trained as a Quantity Surveyor (QS). He received his training as a Cadet QS at one of New Zealand’s preeminent Construction Companies, affording him an extensive breadth of experience working on a diverse mix of projects in all sectors of the industry. Stefan has worked on high end commercial fit-outs, demolitions, medical facilities, hospitality, earthquake remedial works and large scale commercial developments across the South Island. His ability to think laterally, combined with knowledge of the market allows him to secure the best outcome for all stakeholders within a highly collaborative environment.
