Andrew has a senior construction management background on diverse projects ranging from Civil construction, Heavy and Light Commercial construction, Institutional Facilities, Residential developments and Hospitality fit outs throughout New Zealand.

A qualified Quantity Surveyor by profession, Andrew has a wide skill-set and has specialised in design-build projects for much of his career.

Phil has a trade background as a qualified Carpenter/Joiner and continued his studies to achieve a bachelor’s degree in construction management specializing in Quantity Surveying. With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, he has worked on a wide variety of projects covering most sectors of the industry.

The last 20 years Phil has concentrated on the Quantity Surveying discipline and brings his vast experience to provide detailed and accurate pricing and efficient contract management for the Strongline team.

Louise takes care of the finance and office management side of the business. She has a strong background in banking and finance and has worked in the construction industry for many years.

Louise understands the importance of teamwork, so ensures the smooth day to day running of the business.
