This project consists of 59 individually unit-titled storage units with either single or double doors in various sizes ranging from 39m² up to 180m² with a shared amenities area and wash-bay.

Our Strongline site team delivered all the concrete and carpentry and cast all 239 panels onsite. This approach allowed us to create significantly larger panels, whilst making considerable savings for the client. In total, we poured 1,832m³ of concrete!

During early contractor involvement, we worked with our client and the design team to find efficiencies, simplify the detailing and work through the methodology and sequencing, which ultimately led to smooth project delivery with our loyal team of subcontractors.
